2、國企很少用英語來面試，雖然現在許多國企也很在意應聘者的英語水平，但他們大多數看重其是否擁有國家英語四級或六級證書。
3、面試人員往往由企業的人事主管參加，而由於國有企業體制的原因，人事主管往往就能決定應聘者的取捨。因此能夠通過第一批簡歷的淘汰之後闖入面試階段，說明人事主管已對應聘者的素質進行了肯定，面試只是去進一步證實他們的這種判斷。
4、國有企業的面試往往是一對幾的面試，採取一問一答式，問題也是程式化，但由於面試人員多，有時會讓人應接不暇，因此集中注意力聽每一位面試人員的問題非常必要，如果來不及回答，也應向提問者有所表示，以示尊重。
5、國企面試的問題常常會夾雜一些個人家庭背景等問題，比如是否是獨生子女，父母工作情況等，應聘者只要如實回答就行。
國有企業面試一般還要注意以下幾點：
1、政治素質。國有企業一般對學生黨員和學生幹部比較感興趣，因此在面試過程中畢業生如果本身的政治素質過硬，就很容易讓招聘人員對你另眼相看。
2、專業成績。面試中恰當地表現自己的專業素質，在面試過程中往往要比空洞的強調自己的綜合素質更容易引人注目。
3、禮貌細心。應聘者所表現出來的良好的教養與必要的禮貌和細心往往會使自己在國企面試人員心目中佔有—定的心理優勢。
