我上周也復是面試了一家制德國公司的采購，並錄用了，開始是有筆試的，你就上網找些有關采購的筆試題了，每個公司都有所不同。第一面是hr面的，我記得她有個問題是問我認為自己是不是一個tough person，還問了一些興趣愛好，期望薪金，還有是問喜歡更工廠的人溝通還是跟客戶溝通之類的，總共差不多有半小時吧，接著她就說明天會有復試，是德國的chief面的，第二天就面了，好像閑聊一樣，看起來也蠻親切的，問了我學生物的為什麼不找生物公司咯，還有我家鄉哪裡啊，作為一個采購員需要什麼能力啊還有我五年的規劃啊，之類的，大概有十幾分鍾吧。
到下午的時候就接到電話說錄用了。
保持鎮定，大方，不要撒謊，再運用你的語言能力就好了，當時我以為會叫我自我介紹的，沒想到兩次面試都沒有要self introction，每家公司不一樣，祝樓主好運了。
