自我認知
一出題思路：
自我認知類試題主要從考生自我性格特點、優缺點或面對一些基本版問題的看權法及觀點等方面進行考查。考查的核心是考查求職者是否有一個正確的、明確的、積極的、值得信賴的目的，是否有一個健康的、向上的、成熟的、經得起考驗的良好心態，是否有一個端正的、合理的做事態度。
每個人都有三個自我：1、真正的我；2、自己眼中的我；3、別人眼中的我。三個自我是很難一致的。「知人者智，知己者明」，客觀、科學的自我認知是更加困難的。
二答題基本原則：
考生在回答此類問題時要堅持實事求是，說老實話；謙虛謹慎、自信自強、自圓其說；思想境界要高，要有寬容的心；要有層次，簡單的問題不能簡單的回答；不能只說優點不說缺點，但缺點又不能說那些致命的缺點。
