❶ 高盛內推一定會給面試嗎

不一定，內推只不過是多了次機會，或者說比其他人能夠更早被hr看到。篩選簡歷上也許能放鬆一點，但該走的筆試面試一個都不能少。

❷ 高盛面試完多久給回復

一般面試完，成或不成，會在1到3個工作日給予答復，畢竟面試都是雙方互相尊重的嘛

❸ 高盛的電話面試，一般是hr還是部門的人

大公司一般都是專業的 HR,部門的很少，一般部門的都到第二輪，後面幾輪才跟你打電話，但是如果你很優秀，也是部門打的電話，麵包樹招聘網HR很多打電話

❹ 一道高盛面試題，概率相關的

|設事件A:"取出的是男童" B1"放入的是女童" B2"放入的是男童",那麼我們要求就是p(B1|回A)
由貝答葉斯公式 P(B1|A)= P(A|B1)*P(B1) / [P(A|B1)*P(B1)+P(A|B2)*P(B2)]
這里默認將第二步最為隨機事件，那麼P(B1)=P(B2)=1/2 可設女童數為N，最後可以消去
結果為4/9.

廢話可忽略：今天我一個朋友，NYU畢業的。她面了8輪總共18個面試官才拿到高盛的Offer，無數個夜晚給我打電話吐槽「老娘為什麼這么累，為什麼對高盛這么有執念？」
不過可喜可賀，她可以睡好多天了。由於姐的工作原因，我管她要了高盛面試真題。

高盛已經開始用Hirevue篩選所有美國地區Junior Level的應聘者。這個系統的運行機制是，針對每一個問題，你需要錄下2分鍾左右的回答。而你的回答的評估標準是：和那些已經在該公司（如高盛）工作的「績優股」們的答案相比，相似度有多高。答案越相似，就說明你越Fit。

五大類問題：Fit、IBD、Markets、Tech、Brain Teasers。

• Walk me through you CV.

• Which was your preferred class at university?

• What are your strengths?

• What are your weaknesses?

IBD (Investment Banking Division) Questions

• Walk me through the three different ways of valuing a company.

• Walk me through a DCF.(including WACC)

• Walk me through an LBO analysis.

• What factors can lead to the dilution of EPS in an acquisition?

• If you are in a business that wants to preserve cash, what type of inventory accounting method would you use (LIFO or FIFO) in a time of rising prices, and why?

• You』re using multiples to value a company but those multiples are skewed. What do you do?

• What is Minority Interest and why do we add it in the Enterprise Value formula?

• How many airplanes are in the sky above New York City at any moment?

• What is the angle between the hour and minute hand of a clock at 3.15?

• If you were shrunk to the size of a pencil and put in a blender, how would you get out?

• When you heat a sausage in the microwave, the tear is always lengthwise. Why is that?

❾ 想進高盛，考人大好還是北大好

高盛招復聘主管馬庫斯制先生：
