很榮幸今天可以站在這里代表大家發言,也很榮幸能夠成為大家中的一員.
今天我要跟大家談的是:如何在學生角色真正意義上轉變成為一名企業員工.
當我們走出校門,跨進企業門檻的時候.我們就應該清醒的認識到,我們已經不是學生,已經是一名企業的員工.我們現在所應該做的就是,用努力的工作改變自己與自己的生活.我們所工作的環境是專業的,務實的.而不是誇誇其談的.我們需要在工作中不斷提高自己的能力與業務水平.虛心向同事請教,通過多看多想多問多做,努力使自己在最的短時間內適應工作環境與內容.每一名員工都存在領導與被領導的關系,我們在領導安排的任務上不但要服從,並且要做好.我們要學會服從,尊重.一個部門都是我們的家,每一位員工都是我們的家人.我們要學會如何跟我們的家人相處,並且始終相信.我們每個人都是這個家裡的核心.少說多做,一定會被家人認可.
很多人都喜歡扎扎實實做事的人,而我們如果都會扎扎實實的做好我們的身邊的所有事.勢必會很快的融入新環境.有了新的任務或者機會的時候,大家首先想到的是與那些能扎實做事的人合作.有了合作機會,自然會有我們展示自己的平台.
我們是否愛崗敬業,成為公司考察我們的第一個階段.工作分好壞,工資分高低.但勢在人為,關鍵是看我們如何去對待.艱苦的環境才能磨練一個人的意志,越能體現一個人的價值.縱使對現在的工作不滿意,也不能一心二用.干好我們自己的本職工作才是最重要的.應該努力的去調整自己,歸根結底是我們在努力的適應環境,並不是環境來適應我們。工作中遇到困難時,我們要勇於面對.要經得起考驗. 乾的比平時更出色.這樣別人才會對你刮目相看.為實現自己的價值拓展了空間.
今天我所說的這些,或許是微不足道的.希望會對大家在適應新的環境有所幫助.努力使自己成為一名適應時代發展的電力員工.同時也希望各位領導與同事對我們的工作監督指導.

My name is XXX . I like to join many English Second Language Class, because I need to improve my English. I want to make more friends from different countries, so I need to learn more English to communicate with the Americans. I often go Learning English Center twice a week. I have a big family. I have 3 counsins, 2sister, and my parent, and they are learning English too.
My older sister was living in the Unite State, but she don't understand any English. She needed to learn chinese, so we always practice English from each other with the phone.
I want speak nice English, so I usually watch movies that speaks English and with chinese subtitle. Sometimes, I read the America newpapers or books with pictures. I can learn many vocabularies from the books, but my gramma usage always wrong.
I think maybe in China, we don't have gramma like English. Why? In China, people always says I eat lunch today. I eat luch tomorrow. I eat lunch yesterday.
After I go to the internet and search for more informations. I knew those sentences are wrong in America, but it's correct in China. Here is the corret sentences in America. I ate lunch yesterday. I am eatting lunch now. I will eat lunch tomorrow. I think the gramma is very hard to learn and remeber, so I need to read the basis gramma books, too.
I think those ways can help me to improve my English, but something just reading and listening is hard to understand, so I need to come here toda. I wish I can learn more English , and make more friends at here.

But when they have a interview or finding a job, plenty of students who have knowledge and skills, always just miss many opportunity because of some small problems.
When college student have a interview, they will not only have regular problems, but also enre lots of problems that you can't even imagine. Company use these kind of strange interview to test and choose the person that they needed.
我國的教育體制多年來按照一種模式培養人才，專業設置脫離社會需求，不注重學生實際能力的培養。大學生有的是專業知識，缺的是良好的心理素質，禮儀和法律觀念，大學里有的是教授，缺的是教練。大學生應有專業知識與技能，敬業精神，學習意識強，可塑性高，溝通協調能力和基本的解決問題的能力。高等的學歷、豐富的知識為大學生就業打下了良好的基礎，但在求職面試時，許多有知識、有能力的大學生，往往因為一些細小的問題而與工作失之交臂。
