有效准備

（1）充分了解應聘單位。對用人單位的性質、地址、業務范圍、經營業績、發展前景、對應聘崗位職務及所需的專業知識和技能等要有一個全面的了解。單位的性質不同，對求職者面試的側重點不同。如果是公務員面試，內容和要求與企業公司相差很大。公務員側重於時事、政治、經濟、管理、服務意識等方面。而一位資深人力資源專員說：「面試時，我們都會問求職者對我們公司了解多少，如果他能很詳細地回答出我們公司的歷史、現狀、主要產品，我們會高興，會認為他很重視我們公司，對我們公司也有信心。」同時還應該通過熟人、朋友或有關部門了解當天對你進行面試考官的有關情況及面試的方式過程。以及面試時間安排，索取可能提供給你的任何說明材料。
