雖然缺少工作經驗和社會閱歷，但我工作認真，對工作提出實實在在的要求，能夠按部就班，從不馬虎。所以得到老闆的贊揚。本人也有過門店管理經驗。雖然不長，但是在管理中也得到了深刻的認識。個性是人員交往，處理一些特發事件都有獨特的見解，所以我對自己很有信心。

1、面試前要有充足的准備。

在參加面試之前要對該公司進行「摸底調查」；同時要對自己的優劣勢要有全面的認識，這樣才能做到知己知彼，百戰不殆。

2、自我介紹時要有一個思路。

你可以按照你的工作經歷順序來闡述，比如簡歷中的幾家公司的工作經歷做一次大致描述，也可以按照你的能力來闡述，比如你的能力有哪幾方面，而這樣會讓HR覺得你的思路清晰。
