一般來說，求職信是屬於書信范疇，所以，格式應當符合書信的基本要求，主要包括稱呼、正文、結尾、署名、日期、附錄共六個方面的內容

掃大街蹬三輪不忘讀書 打工仔考取社科院研究生
一個初中畢業後就開始了路邊攬活維生的打工仔，十多年裡一邊打工一邊自學，學完了高中和大學的全部課程，最終考上了中國社會科學院的法律專業研究生。
昨天，30歲的郭榮慶來到中國社會科學院法學研究所報到，坐進了自己夢寐以求的 課堂。
打工與學習同步
郭榮慶30歲了，有個7歲的孩子。郭榮慶出生在山東沂蒙老區的沂南縣青駝鎮。他說，小的時候，家裡非常窮困。他有姐，還有弟弟。每次學校收學費，是讓家裡人最為難的時候，也是讓他難過的時候。他說他每次考試都排在年級的前兩名，但1991年初中畢業後，還是因經濟窘迫的原因輟學了。
從此，郭榮慶開始了各地漂泊打工的生活。他說他到過上海、徐州、威海、秦皇島、綏中……在每一個城市，他能乾的活，也就是掃大街、蹬三輪、賣菜、當建築工。郭榮慶說，打工時一天的收入很難超過個位數，他靠著這樣的收入維持生活。
與別的打工仔不同的是，郭榮慶的身邊總是帶著本書。他一直在堅持學習，他用打工掙的錢買高中教材，也買他感興趣的政治、經濟方面的書。
學習成為郭榮慶最重要的生活內容。他說，一次他給人家幹活的時候，買來學外語用的錄音機意外被大雨淋濕了，他急得哭了一場。還有一次，因為太累了，注意力不集中，他與一輛卡車相撞，他發現自己頭暈，害怕不能繼續學習，為此又上火並大病了一場。
意外遇良師指教
1995年郭榮慶到大連打工，做起賣菜的小買賣。賣菜每月有400多元相對固定的收入，這讓郭榮慶做出了留在大連的決定。
郭榮慶一邊賣菜，一邊堅持讀書。一次，大連環境科學設計院的高工瀛文風到郭榮慶的攤上買菜，郭榮慶正埋頭看書，瀛文風連叫幾聲他都沒聽見。瀛文風見這個年輕人看書痴迷，就問他看的什麼書，當看到郭榮慶手裡拿的是本《資本論》，瀛文風很驚訝。他問郭榮慶：「你能看懂嗎？」郭榮慶說能看懂。瀛文風就問了郭榮慶兩個問題，郭榮慶回答不上來。瀛文風說：「你看《資本論》還太早。」瀛文風又問郭榮慶還愛好什麼，郭榮慶說自己上學時外語不錯，瀛文風說了一串外語，郭榮慶聽不懂。郭榮慶要了瀛文風家裡的電話。當天下午，郭榮慶早早收攤，到瀛文風家求教。瀛文風為郭榮慶列出了一串書單，並建議他通過自學考試圓讀書夢。
之後，郭榮慶開始了更刻苦的學習。他用舊沙發改制了一個讀書用的椅子。由於他家的院子太小，為了學習方便，他將這個「讀書椅」放在了偏房的屋頂上。郭榮慶就坐在屋頂的「讀書椅」上看書。
冬天，郭榮慶住的不足6平方米的房子里很冷，他蓋著被子、戴著手套和帽子看書，兩個膝蓋都被凍壞了。為了省錢，飲食上郭榮慶每天吃面條青菜，只在考試前幾天才捨得買點肉吃。
考上社科院研究生
郭榮慶說，在遇到瀛文風指教之後，他白天賣菜、打工，晚上到學習班去學習英語。
2001年12月，他終於拿到了蓋著大連外國語學院和遼寧省高等教育自學考試委員會印章的畢業文憑。
在同一年，郭榮慶在老家取的妻子，跟他離了婚。因為他每年帶回家的錢很少，他把賺的錢都用來買了書。
某次，郭榮慶的一個朋友說起要考某大學英語教育研究生，這讓拿到自考文憑的郭榮慶有了一些想法。他說，在長時間的打工生活中，他看到自己和身邊一些農民工常常受到侵害而維權不容易，他決定報考法律專業的研究生。
2003年郭榮慶曾報考復旦大學研究生，結果沒有考中。這促使他更加努力地學習。
2004年8月15日，郭榮慶收到了中國社會科學院研究生院的錄取通知書。
郭榮慶的父親跟記者說，村裡人都知道郭榮慶考上研究生了，許多村民都到他家道喜，大隊還送給郭榮慶一個包、一床被。「俺們希望他以後能當法官或者是律師，要是能繼續念就考博士。」
郭榮慶考取研究生後，他的經歷被大連當地媒體報道，引來社會各界的關注，並收到了社會捐助的學費。
得到同學和老師認同
昨天是中國社會科學院研究生院新生報到的日子。離報到的時間還有半個小時，郭榮慶到了學校。他穿著一身深藍色的西服，在大多數身著休閑裝的學生中間顯得有點鄭重其事，見記者打量，他略帶不好意思地說，這是來北京前大連的一家服裝公司免費為他做的，「穿慣了原來那些幹活兒的衣服，這個還真有點穿不慣」。
