liping (一)書寫格式：
一般來說，求職信是屬於書信范疇，所以，格式應當符合書信的基本要求，主要包括稱呼、正文、結尾、署名、日期、附錄共六個方面的內容
1、稱呼：求職信的稱呼往往比一般書信的稱呼正規一些，在實際書寫時要區別對待，如果寫給國家機關、事業單位的人事領導，則用「尊敬的**司長(處長、負責人等)」稱號；如果對「三資」企業老闆，則用「尊敬的**董事長(或總經理)先生」。但最好不要使用「敬啟事」「**老前輩」等不正規的稱呼。當然有些自由體的求職信，也可以不要稱呼。
2、正文：這是求職信的中心部分，其形式多種多樣，一般都要求說明求職信息來源、應聘崗位、本人基本情況、成績、表現及社會工作情況等內容。
3、結尾：一般應寫明：a、希望對方給予答復，並希望能有機會參加面試；b、寫上簡短的表示敬意、祝願之類的祝詞。
4、署名：應注意與信首的「稱呼」相對應。在國外一般都在署名前，加上一些「你誠摯的**」、你信賴的**、您忠實的**「之類的形容詞，也可以什麼也不寫，直接簽上自己的名字。
5、日期：一般寫在署名右下方，最好用阿拉伯數字寫，並把年、月、日全寫上。
6、附錄：求職信一般都要求同時寄一些有效證件，如學歷證件、學位證書、獲獎證書、榮譽證書等復印件以及簡歷、近期照片等。因此，你最好在正文左下方――註明：這樣做，一是方便招聘單位審核；二是給對方留下一個「有條不紊、很負責任、辦事周到」的好印象。
(二)主要內容：

4、表示希望得到答復面試的機會。在信的結尾，最好表示出希望對方給予一次面試的機會，表明自己希望早日成為其中一員的熱切心情，並認真地寫明自己的詳細聯系方式。
(三)注意事項：
1、實事求是，恰如其分地介紹自己的能力和特長，既不吹噓了不貶低。
2、重點突出，有條理、有針對性，篇幅以1-2頁、1000字左右為好。
3、文筆要流暢，表達要准確，如果你寫得一手好字，就要認真地寫，並在署名後註明「親筆敬上」等字樣。
4、精心選擇照片，以便招聘單位目測。無論是免冠半身照，還是全照，都要近期的，圖像清晰、柔美、不失真。
5、學會用多種文字書寫求職信。比如中、英文對照，既表明你的外語能力，又表示你對招聘單位的尊重。
(四)失敗的求職信有以下幾種：
1、給對方規定義務的求職信，必定要失敗。如「本謹以最誠摯的心情，應聘貴公司的會計一職，希望得到貴公司的尊重、考慮和錄用」。這種寫法，事實上是在強迫對方，因為這句話實際含義是：「你如果不錄用我，就是對我不信任，所以，你必須錄用我，才能體現你的求職簡歷範文信任。」
2、用以上壓下的口氣寫的求職信，必定要失敗。比如求職信格式範文「貴公司的**總經理先生要我直接寫信給您」；或者「**部長很關心我的求職問題，特讓我寫信給您，請多關照」。這種求職信，讓收信人看後很反感。因為他認為「既然總經理(或部長)都有意了，你還寫信給我干什麼，真是多此一舉。
3、「吊起來賣」式的求職信，必定要失敗。如「現已有多家公司欲聘我了，請貴公司從速答復。」這樣往往會激怒對方，導致求職失敗。
避免以上現象發生的辦法，一是要謙虛謹慎，實事求是；二是要態度誠懇，語氣謙和；三是要把自己放在一個正確位置上。
現在許多單位都希望應聘者有比較扎實的英文基礎，特別是外企和涉外交往比較多的單位，一份漂亮的英文簡歷會幫助你給用人單位留下很好的印象。剛剛走出校園的學生由於工作經驗很少，寫不出太多的東西，想把你的英文簡歷寫得更豐滿嗎？我在這里給大家介紹一些特別的技巧。
1、教育背景中寫相關課程。但千萬不要為了拼湊篇幅，把所有的課程一股腦兒地都寫上，如體育等。這樣不很有效，別人也沒耐心看。
2、獎學金一項一行。許多學生每年都有獎學金，這樣一來，也可寫出三四行，甚至更多。
3、拉長句子。每個句子都可以加入一些詞拉長一些，其實拉長並不難，難的是縮短。

英文簡歷中敗筆：

2、縮句：因為外行人往往很難看懂。不要想當然地認為這是人所皆知的事情。
3、「i」我：因為正規簡歷多用點句，以動詞開頭，是沒有「我」的。當然若在公司簡介中一定要用到一兩次，也不是完全不可以。
4、不利因素：我們講過簡歷原則是不要撒謊，但不寫不等於騙人。大家可能還記得前面提到過的「簡歷中的任何字句都可能成為面試中的話題。」揚長避短的道理，我想大家都是知道的。
