虽然缺少工作经验和社会阅历，但我工作认真，对工作提出实实在在的要求，能够按部就班，从不马虎。所以得到老板的赞扬。本人也有过门店管理经验。虽然不长，但是在管理中也得到了深刻的认识。个性是人员交往，处理一些特发事件都有独特的见解，所以我对自己很有信心。

1、面试前要有充足的准备。

在参加面试之前要对该公司进行“摸底调查”；同时要对自己的优劣势要有全面的认识，这样才能做到知己知彼，百战不殆。

2、自我介绍时要有一个思路。

你可以按照你的工作经历顺序来阐述，比如简历中的几家公司的工作经历做一次大致描述，也可以按照你的能力来阐述，比如你的能力有哪几方面，而这样会让HR觉得你的思路清晰。
